You are responsible for all long distance
calls made from the cabin. Use the beach with caution and at your
own risk (lots of sharp oysters and barnacles). Check local Red Tide
conditions before consuming any shellfish. Cabin water comes from
an artisan well and is completely safe to consume. Fires are permitted
only in designated fire rings or fireplaces. |

Cancellations or time conflicts must
be made (7) days in advance for full refund minus the $50.00 deposit.
All reservations made within (7) days of occupancy are non-refundable
and due upon placement. |
